Q: What is the issue date?
A: The "issue date" is the date the Certificate is presented to you. The Certificate must be activated within 45 days of this issue date.
Q: Are there any Usage Limitations?
A: You must be 21 years of age. You may not use this Certificate in conjunction with any other promotional program by Grand Incentives unless authorized in writing. This certificate may be transferred to a third party (prior to booking) as a gift offer only, providing the recipient meets the terms and conditions of this certificate.  Only one Certificate per household per year may be used. Reservations are based on availability. This Certificate is not intended for conventions or group travel.
Q: Where will I be staying?
A: The Your Getaway Certificate offers standard hotel accommodations including brands like Holiday Inn, Sheraton, Ramada, Fairfield Inn, Country Inn, and AmeriSuites.
Q: When do I send in my room tax deposit?
A: The deposit is due at the time of reservation
Q: How is the deposit refunded and how long does this take?
A: After completing travel, request a refund of your deposit by mailing copies of your reservation letter and hotel check out statement to:  Grand Incentives, Inc., Attn:  Your Getaway Dept., 7560 Commerce Ct., Sarasota, FL 34243.  Please include with your refund request a self-addressed envelope, which will assist us in returning your deposit to the appropriate address.
Q: How many people can travel on this vacation?
A: Your Getaway Certificates are valid for 2 adults 21 years of age and older. Up to two children under the age of 18 may stay for $5 per child per night
Q: Is there a choice of hotels when booking travel dates?
A: When making reservations, you may discuss customizing your trip with a travel professional.
Q: Can I make additional travel arrangements when I use my Certificate?
A: Yes. A travel professional will be able to assist you with booking airfare, rental cars or additional rooms or nights.
Q: Is this Certificate transferable?
A: This certificate may be transferred to a third party (prior to booking) as a gift offer only, providing the recipient meets the terms and conditions of this certificate.  
Q: How long do I have to use this Certificate?
A: You must complete your travel before the expiration of the Certificate. The Certificate is valid for 18 months from the activation date or no later than the expiration date printed in the Terms & Conditions, whichever comes sooner. You must activate your Certificate within 45 days of the issue date.
Q: Once the Certificate is activated is there a written confirmation?
A: Yes. A Travel Planner will be mailed within 3 business days. Please allow for mail time.
Q: When travel dates are requested is there a written confirmation that the dates are available and reservations have been made?
A: Yes. Once the travel dates have been confirmed, a written itinerary will be mailed out within 3 business days. Please allow for mail time. You may also be contacted by email or phone.
Q: Does my certificate cover all my travel expenses?
A: The certificate is for hotel accommodations only and does not include transportation, airfare, room taxes, meals and other miscellaneous expenses.
